At Webgro Solutions, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms governing refunds and cancellations for our comprehensive suite of services including CRM systems, E-commerce solutions, Web Development, and Digital Marketing tools.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date

Setup Charges

A fixed amount of ₹10,000 will be deducted to cover setup and installation expenses

Technical Grounds

Refunds are only considered in cases of technical failure or application malfunction

Client Cooperation

No refunds if client delays necessary actions for customization or configuration

Reinstallation Policy

Reinstallation services are available after the initial setup period, subject to our terms and conditions and upon confirmation of payment.

Maintenance & Hosting

No annual maintenance fees or server hosting charges for CRM and ERP users unless specifically stated in your service contract.

Custom Features

Billed based on effort, complexity, and developer resources required

Third-Party APIs

WhatsApp, SMS, Email integrations not included by default and may incur additional charges

Location & Lead Tracking

Google Maps-based tracking requires clients to maintain an active Google Wallet balance. WebGro Solutions is not responsible for service disruptions due to exhausted Google credits or third-party billing issues.

Third-Party Integration Details

WhatsApp API

Supported via providers like ATOZ Sender, Fit-Tech 24, Maytapi. No charges for pre-integrated options. Custom integration fees apply.

Email API

Gmail, Zoho, Office 365 supported by default. Custom setups may incur additional charges.

SMS API

Pre-integrated vendors are free to use. New vendor integration may attract charges.

Facebook Lead API

Native support included. Other lead APIs are chargeable based on scope.

Lead Source Integration

Supported for IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Just Dial, OLX, Exporter India with valid credentials/API keys.

IVR System Integration

Voice and IVR features are not included in standard packages. Pre-approved IVR systems are supported. New integrations may be billed based on effort and system compatibility.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Delays caused by client-side data errors or non-cooperation
  • Once custom development or integration has commenced
  • Client misuse or unauthorized alteration of the application

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at webgrosolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your invoice details, project name, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
