REFUND POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which webgro solutions accepts refund or cancellation requests related to services offered through our platforms, including CRM, E-commerce, Web Development, and Digital Marketing tools.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are eligible within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • A fixed deduction of ₹10,000 will apply to cover setup and installation charges.
  • Refunds are only applicable in case of technical failure or application malfunction.
  • No refunds will be provided if the client fails to cooperate or delays necessary actions required for customization, configuration, or installation.

Technical Support Charges

  • Full-Day On-Site Support: ₹5,000
  • Half-Day On-Site Support: ₹3,000
  • Outstation Support (Outside Delhi NCR): Client is responsible for travel, food, and accommonation.

Reinstallation Policy

Reinstallation is supported after the expiry of the initial setup window, based on applicable terms and prior payment confirmation.

Annual Maintenance Overview

There are no annual maintenance fees or server hosting charges for CRM and ERP users unless explicitly mentioned in the service contract.

Custom Development & Third-Party APIs

  • Any custom enhancements or feature development are billed based on effort, complexity, and developer allocation.
  • Third-party API integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS, Email) are not included by default and may incur additional charges.

Location & Lead Tracking Services

Google Maps-based location tracking requires the client to maintain a valid and active Google Wallet balance to keep the Maps API running. WebGro Solutions does not take responsibility for service disruption due to exhausted Google credits or third-party billing failures.

Third-Party Integration Policy

  • WhatsApp API Integration: Supported via providers like ATOZ Sender, Fit-Tech 24, Maytapi, etc. No charges for pre-integrated options. Custom integration fees apply otherwise.
  • Email API Integration: Gmail, Zoho, Office 365 supported by default. Custom setups may incur additional charges.
  • SMS API Integration: Pre-integrated vendors are free to use. New vendor integration may attract charges.
  • Facebook Lead API: Native support included. Other lead APIs are chargeable based on scope.
  • Lead Source Integration: Supported for IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Just Dial, OLX, Exporter India with valid credentials/API keys.

IVR System Integration

Voice and IVR features are not part of the core package. Pre-approved IVR systems are supported. New integrations may be billed depending on effort and system compatibility.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No refund will be issued for delays caused by client-side data errors, lack of response, or non-cooperation.
  • Once custom development or integration has started, the refund becomes ineligible.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the client misuses or alters the application beyond permitted scope.

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at webgrosolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your invoice, project name, and reason for the request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
